Responsabilities and achievements
- Co-founded the company and built the business: I took on all the strategic and business responsibilities as co-founder, director and board member of an early-stage startup, building the company and small leadership team from the ground up.
- Built from scratch the entire technology stack: From a cold start, I single-handedly designed and developed from scratch the entire technology stack: hardware, mechanical integration, firmware, dashboard, software & cloud infrastructure and intelligence. Then hired a small team around it to bring the technology effort to the next level.
- Product & Technology Management and Strategy: hired and led the product and technology team, set-up processes and ways or working, strategy, roadmap and budgets
- From prototype to mass manufacturing: developed the product from prototype through to DFM (design for manufacturing) iterations and mass manufacturing, including development of bespoke production tests, jigs and automation
- Set-up relationships and built supply chain in China: personally set-up relationships in China, audited manufacturing partners and suppliers, recruited a Supply Chain Director on the ground and setup a resilient, centralised and redundant supply chain that has delivered high quality products over various production runs.
- Launched & deployed various products & iterations: deployed our IoT products in UK, Europe, Asia and Africa: years of reliable, always-on and outdoor field operations. Collected a large amount of data (500M+ records). Led the iterations and improvement of a highly engaging Dashboard & Intelligent features.

As a Lading ASIC Design Engineer I have worked on mobile GPU IPs that have been licensed to the best Hardware manufacturers in the industries (Apple, Intel, Samsung, Texas Instruments, Mediatek, etc.) and used in billions of devices worldwide (iPhones, iPads, Apple Watch, Samsung smart phones, various Intel SoCs and many more). As part of the PowerVR team I have designed, verified and optimised various IPs of the PowerVR Rogue architecture, mostly within the USC (Unified Shading Cluster, i.e. a complex block responsible for executing the programmable stages of the pipeline).
